30 Day Refunds and Exchanges


ZuheiRa  gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days of original purchase. Original proof of purchase must be submitted to us. Refunds will be made by cash transfer through online banking only. Sale items can be exchanged only and not eligible for refunds. Before submitting any product for return, exchange or refund, please bear in mind that there may be a 0 – 2.5 cm difference in given measurements and there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting.


Our Guarantee


We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at  by quoting the order number and product details.


Return Shipping


To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. All returns will be processed by the us within seven (7) working days from the date we receive the parcel. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready. All unclaimed parcels are forfeited sixty (60) calendar  days after a notification email is sent.
Our working hours are on weekdays from 9am to 5pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.

Technical Issues – Payment Gateway


For any dissatisfaction due to online payment gateway, please be informed that we are not obligated to return your payment made if your order is failed to be accepted by our system. This problem may occur due to some technical errors or glitch in the system that we are not liable for. However, if this situation occurs, subject to our discretion, you can, either :


a) re-order with the same ordered items or with a different ordered items with the same price as your payment; or


c) get discount code for your next purchase.
